Your path: At the Design Offices Academy, you will put together your personal training plan together with your supervisor. Every year there is a new training catalogue with exciting, career-oriented topics! In interactive training sessions, professional coaches impart professional and personal skills on a wide range of topics including service design, communication-related strengths and leadership. Our training sessions are offered in blended learning format! The advantages of e-learning and the benefits of classroom training are combined. As we distinguish ourselves through our expertise in new work, we therefore also use new work methods at the Design Offices Academy.
